Correct pronunciation of MUNKA?

Is the U vibrated at OOO?
Is the YAH and KAH vibrated as YAW and KAW like with the planetary squares?
And must the K be vibrated like the German ICH? Or just pronounced like normal english?

Thank you blackkat. I'm still unsure about the YAH and KAH though. Are they pronunced like in "Father" or like "saw" as with the Planetary Squares?
