Confused Please Help

 Greetings
         Was looking over the planetary squares as I want to start one very soon. The square for Mercury states:The Kabalistic/Magickal planetary square working empowers the throat chakra and strengthens a weakened/debilitated Mercury in one's astrology chart and helps in the affairs ruled by the house/s with the signs of Gemini and Virgo on the cusp/s and the house containing Mercury.
  While the full chakra meditation page on JOS website says THE FOURTH, THE CENTER THE HEART CHAKRA (ANAHATA)LOCATION: Center of the chest ELEMENT: Fire/Air COLOR: Green NUMBER OF PETALS: 12 PLANET: Mercury Gender: Neuter DAY: Wednesday      So the full chakra page says it empowers heart chakra while planetary square page says it empowers the throat chakra.      Similarly the page for Venus Planetary square states The Kabalistic/Magickal planetary square working empowers the heart chakra, strengthens a weakened/debilitated Venus in one's astrology chart, and helps in the affairs ruled by the houses with the signs of Taurus and Libra on the cusps and the house containing Venus.

THE FIFTH THE THROAT CHAKRA [VISHUDDI]LOCATION: Throat ELEMENT: Air COLOR: Sky Blue NUMBER OF PETALS: 16 PLANET: Venus GENDER: Female DAY: Friday METAL: Copper 
   So the full chakra page says it empowers Throat  chakra while planetary square page says it empowers  the heart chakra.   Can someone please clear my confusion as to which one it is

Personally, I don’t agree with the “discovery” of Venus ruling the Throat Chakra.

I did the spiritual Venus Square a while back, and it had no effect in improving my Throat Chakra. Heart Chakra seems stronger, though.

 Venus is self expression. This is where you speak from. This is where you emotions are, which you feel in the throat. 
 Mercury is your mind. I have worked extensively with these chakras and one definitely controls the mind and the other the speech. What comes out of the throat. How much sense would it make to think from your throat and talk from your chest?
