Once your kundalini is rising, you have to work hard at your meditations and kundalini yoga to keep it risen, whatever stage it may be at.You have to put aside time everyday to do your meditations and yoga. Five Tibetans are good too.If you neglect your kundalini and also do not feed it enough energy, then it will drop back down.

  Before this whole war even happened, we had thousands of years to raise our kundalini a and complete the magnum opus. Am I right . Once you raise your kundalini its permanently risen. Why couldn't we have risen it? Thousands of years ago?? If Kai Purr was able to do it now why couldn't we have done it before this shit even started?
