Drugs are not going to help you here. It will make it worse then before, obviously its not working is it. I grew up with people with the attitude you display they all ended up in jail, dead young or disabled with brain damage. And their dysfunctional  lives in-between was  worse then before. They never learned how to deal and heal from their emotional, psychological problems. Your attitude will not save you from the reality of your actions just drive you worse down that path. Try to see things from my perspective - i cant sleep a goatdamned night anymore without nightmares or wanting to kill myself in the morning. and i cannot live a goatdamned day without feeling like shit and wanting to off myself. Everyone hates me at my school and because of my social anxiety problems i have severe sexual dysfunction and i cant get laid even if im willing to pay for it - the only times i ever made women laugh and want to talk to me were times when i was to drunk to walk to straight.
think about it this way- if i broke a bone during a fall and was beddridden, you would not say "forget medication - just heal yourself with our magic rituals n shit" - we are not xtians. well im no stranget to power meditation etc i do it every day. but still i could use a bit of extra meds, and they way i figure it medication is medication whether the poos who rule our society ban it or not.
