Colors when Meditating

Can anyone tell me their experience while meditating?What colors do you see or supposed to see when one meditates? So far all I see is my third eye chakra color, which is indigo..Sometimes it's in waves, other times a filled in circle/dot. Am I supposed to see other colors?When one meditates, how does one feel? Any sensations? Can I do the rtrs without raising any energy?

The colors you see when meditating have to do with how advanced you are, and can also be clues as to which chakras you need to empower, which chakras are functioning best, etc. (IMO).
No, always raise your energies before doing RTRs... even if just with a few breathing exercises, yoga session,whatever you feel will raise these sufficiently. You SHOULD at least try doing the 666 meditation though, the energies raised are amazing!
Hope that answers your questions, but I stress that the color information I provided is only my opinion. If anybody more advanced or an HP contradicts what I said, they know more than I do.

I usually see a bright flashing kaleidoscope of different colors and can feel the flashes vibrating.
