Cobra Breath Meditation?

It is stated that before you even think of attempting the Magnum Opus, you should open all your chakras fully and align your sushumna so the elixir flows through that.
A recommended way for the latter is the Cobra Breath, but I can't seem to find it on the JoS site. Can anyone help me; am I just being ignorant here?

This is shown to be effective. You can also do it in a crossed legged position as well. However, work to unblock all of your chakras fully first.

Thanks, that's what I'm doing now (chakra work).
