then 2nd eye,where the hindus put the red thing,between the brows,bit below.1st eye a bit below it.u just work with concentrating on the 3rd eye,if u can feel the pressuse,pulse,u can open the others,can u feel it yet?   there several ways,it like when u the pineal,u dunno where it is,but by vibrating u can feel it.the th chant can help u locate,t is upper,h is lower eyes.
the sun moon breathing technique empower the upper chakras,focus on the astral eyes while doing this   the way i found mine,i look into my room,at first i tried to to see auras,i started seeing white gray fog,but after that i notice a pressure/pulse not on my third eye,but 2nd eye.   i think what i did is a form of void meditation on the astral eyes.hope this helps 83
