so could theres thoughtforms be responsible for the voices I hear and I think peaple can hear my thoughts. All this worsens when I drink alcohol or smoke weed.
This has been going on for about 4 of 5 months before that things were fine.
So I wanted to see if any one her can point me in the right direction???

The logical solution would be to cut out the catalyst, ie alcohol and weed.

Be sure to clean your aura and apply aura of protection daily. And do a bannishing ritual and clean your room or wherever it is you meditate regularly.
