Yeah, it's tough. I know. Foundational trauma. Very serious. But we have the most powerful spiritual forces on our side to help us heal when we're ready to face and release it. It's a gradual process and we must be gentle and understanding with ourselves. It's not our fault what happened to us. I experience waves of anger and rage over it, too sometimes and that's normal.

Feeling rage and sadness is better than a life of being numb and trying to stuff the pain away. It can be scary when these emotions surface, but our Gods have our backs 100% and they can help guide us on how to express and release them so they are no longer trapped within our bodies and causing ailments. Tears are one of the primary ways our body releases trapped emotions. It's healthy. A lot of people at the bar drinking their lives away are just avoiding a big overdue cry, but instead they drink to stuff it down. Kinetic force is another good way to release trapped rage.
