Circulating Energy

Greetings,

I'm a little confused about the circulating energy, when you circulate the energy from your crown chakra to your base chakra, is there no front and back extensions for the crown and base. For example after you have brought your energy from the front extension sacral chakra then it says focus on your perinium then move it to your base chakra then up the spine to the sacral chakra? Do you focus on the base of the spine for your base chakra or is it located in the middle? does it have extensions? Same with crown chakra, when your focusing on the back of your head and then to the crown chakra, is it simply the crown chakra in the middle on top of the head? with no extensions?

The crown doesn't have extensions, the base does but I believe it's somewhat newer info (within 3-5 years?) as some of the older pages don't seem to mention them. And, I can see and feel mine lol so I know I have them.

So, when I circulate energy, I include my back & front base extensions.
