Well, while this is from an article by CNN, a group of arguably propaganda artists, other sites are making the claim as well, including a more local Chinese site (that is funded by the CCP).
In a nutshell, as far as I can tell, a snake-oil salesman in the northeast corners of China, around the Koreas, was jewing it up, and ended up spreading more of the disease due to his efforts. Of course, the poor bastards who got tricked by his shilling got rewarded for their curiosity/attempts to quell their fears, by getting this sickness given to them.
And now that they've all been discovered, they've all been caught and placed under lockdown. I can imagine this being prime testing grounds for the CCP, who probably need more guinea pig--- I mean volunteers
, for more population control development, including what has already been covered extensively by more experienced folk like HP Hoodedcobra, such as the mRNA jabs. Not to mention the human rights concerns, which even CNN has called foul on in this very article.
While I am no fan of being told "stay home and don't go exploring a lot," I'd prefer it compared to Lucifer-only-knows what will happen to these poor bastards across the Pacific.
I wonder the input of others on this, because I'm 90% sure I've missed something here.
