Chakras

Maybe I'm just being dyslexic but I'm seeing one page in the power meditation section opening the soul saying the main chakras are in the middle of your body with the extensions on your spine and the front of your body but in the chakras page it says the main chakras are along your spine I'm just confused as to where the main 7 chakras and there extensions are and how to visualize them when aligning them and how to visualize them while meditating on them

Extensions are to be algined to point inwards, both the frond and back ones.
