Chakra Spin

Hi, I need to know if Im doing the spinning of my chakras correctly, I usually do it imagining small tornados of energy spinning above my body like this picture ive made in photoshop: http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/1853 ... raspin.png

But i get the feeling im not doing it correctly...
If im not, could someone tell me how to do it correctly?

Hi Rui,

The main chakras are vertical along the spine, with the top 3 chakras facing downward, the bottom 3 chakras facing upward, and the middle chakra is actually shaped differently (It is actually the combination of a downward and upward facing chakra, making a 6 point star). Here is an illustration:

You will notice shoulder chakras in there as well. Since you seem to be somewhat new, I would just concentrate on the main ones until you get a little more experienced.

I've been doing this wrong for some months... what are the effects?

The only effects you'll get from this is a lack of energy flow, but it is something corrected rather easily. If you haven't done the Charkra openings, then align them correctly when you do them.
Other wise from now on start to visualise them facing the correct way and in the correct positions. This may take some time, as your mind and the chakras will be used to the direction you have visualised them, just simply move them to where they should be.

The 6th Heart chakra should spin both ways, the bottom half spinning the same direction as the bottom 3, and the top half same direction as the top 3, if that makes sence. XD
I might do a quick 3D video of the chakra's and which way i personally spin them. Ill post it on the forums once its up but keep an eye on my youtube channel "EnHaradrenAmlug".

I'd also like to add that the picture you created was, really awsome
If you could re create this with the proper positions and email it to either HP Vovim or Maxine, it would be highly useful. I found when i was starting out that i didnt quite know what to visualise for the chakras as i was spinning them. This image seems to be exactly what i was looking for back then, and new people will be looking for now.

Yes it does make sence, actually I wonder how I hadnt think about that... Anyways, thank you so much for explaning it to me!

I will re create pictures of the meditations I do everyday, in order to help me, and others to visualize
