when doing the chakra awakening, do you visualize the chakra on the spine or on the front side of your body??? im confused.

One set along the Spine, these control your Bio-Electricity and Kundalini Energy, Another set up the middle of your Body, these control the flow and direction of your energy, and another set up the Front of your Body, these control your emotions.

Focus on your Main\Middle Chakra's in the beginning of your Mediations and then start to focus on the Front and back extensions.
