chakra alignment

Hello to all fellow satanists.Im still new to satanism. It will be a full year in April 2015.Im still having trouble understanding the correct way our chakras are suppose to be pointed using negative energy (black magic) , and positive energy. Which way is out and which way is in? can anyone clarify this for me please! Ive read the j.o.s. page on the topic, but without an illustration I'm confused.
