I can’t visualize I have aphantasia which is an inability to visualize I’ve tried image streaming which helps some people with aphantasia to visualize basically you close you eyes and describe in detail what you see any shadows colors whatever describe them like your telling someone about them but it didn’t work for me as a result of my aphantasia I can’t visualize recall my dreams or if I astral projected to remember it it gets in the way of me doing most of the temple of Zeus and magick do you know of anyway to fix it they claim it’s the way you’re brain is wired so I don’t know if it’s even possible to cure maybe you guys know how to? And yes I know I’ve posted posts similar to this before just not in so much detail

One way to help visualisation, and I read it from High Priestess Lydia (if I remember correctly), was let some light entering your 3rd eye and make it go through the pineal gland and touch the back of you skull. See it go through while inhaling and, of course, in a transe state.
