Can't sign into the new Vultus Templorum

Tried signing into the new chat platform, said password/username was wrong. So I signed up instead, and I received an email that said that there is already an account so cant sign up. There is no reset password option and after attempting to get logged in I got an email stating the account is locked. I need help with this matter.

I am writing a new post for this, it is simple however. Upon entering VT and you see the login screen, click Sign In. Enter your current ancient forums email and click Continue. THEN, a password reset link appears. It's a bit cumbersome, I agree. Then you get your code sent to your email and can reset password.

I tried that way but I receive the email. "Acc doesnt exist"
