Can I use the meditations from the "Opening the Chakras" section every day on a chakra day?

Let's say Thursday is Jupiter's day. I'm working with the Crown chakra during Jupiter's hour. Can I vibrate the mantras "Bbbbb Maaaum"? The same with the other chakras? Or are these meditations just for opening and should they be used sequentially, as in the 6-month program, once or until they open?
