I work very long hours and am basically working, sleeping, and getting up to go to work at this point. With school just ending its a reprive but even with this in febuary i will be back to having no time, ever to meditate, communicate, focus, and even just sit still. I do not live alone, i have no privacy, i am distressed. I want to know if there is any tips on how to further train the spirit and calm the mind while still focusing on tasks at hand or just any tips at all. Thankyou, HAIL SHATAN
