on the calander what does the text mean when it says something like outdoors, friends, women etc?
and when it says freeing of soul or aop does that mean its a good day to start that?

It refers to magickal workings that can be done for those things. For example, perhaps someone doesn't have many friends, they can use that date to do a spell or begin a magickal working to make new friends, or to strengthen friendships.

For freeing the soul and AoP, yes.
