I was wondering how others do their breathing for charkas. I personally do 2 to 4 in, 2 wait, 8 to 10 out and 2 wait again. I continually do the same number it just depends on how my breathing goes for the first one. Is it better to continually breathe in and out in a rhythm? Better longer time in? Better longer time out?

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you mean this:

Why don't you just simply just let it go it's natural breath rhythm? This exercise doesn't mention anything about controlling your breath, the focus of this exercise is not the physical breath anyway. It's the chakras and the energy you're breathing in, I'm sure it can distract you if you focus on the breath and try to change the inhale/exhale time or hold your breath.
