Breathing exercises

Do we have to do the breathing exercises everyday or are they something we can do intermittently? Are the breathing exercises necessary as part of a daily meditation program? What are you're preferences?   Thank you my Brothers and Sisters in Satan for your advice.   Hail Father Satan!
 
I do the alternate nostril breathing every day as part of my meditation program, it helps me relax and balances my energies. I think it is a very important exercise and everyone should do it every day, it balances your nadis and makes it easier to raise your kundalini. As for the others, I just do them occasionally. I do the breath of fire before a destruction ritual or when I want to empower my solar plexus chakra (sundays in hours of sun).

The same here, the alternate nostril breathing is very effective when it comes to relaxing and balancing out my energies. I have started to notice that by doing the alternate nostril breathing before any chakra meditations. It helps enhance a more powerful outcome. Helps me to also clear my head and slip into a more deeper trance. It's wierd because lately after a really good meditation program, after im through I feel so more tuned into surrounding energies. It's like you feel very very powerful and bliss all at the same time. On days like those after im finished, I would feel like going back for more, like I get hooked and on the verge of accomplishing something. Even though I have no clue what that is.   Rege, Satanas! ived done some breathing exersises #4 and question is how long, or often should i do them untill i get to meditation?
Havent done exersices #1-3 because this ones involve the carkas and i havent even opened one, if someone could tell me how long should i do breathing exercises and when to start with the meditaion.

You could have been working on your chakras. Breathing exercises help you relax-it calms the nervous system. So start doing you chakra meditations, you are more than ready! You do the breathing exercises TOGETHER with power meditations, just 10 mins of breathing exercises every day before power meditation to help you relax and feel your energy. Then you normally start with void meditation and follow with energy work. The ideal daily meditation program isn't just a single meditation or breathing exercise, it involves many meditation techniques AND breathing exercises so that you empower many aspects of your soul. Although mine is a fairly advanced one, I'll give it to you as an example, to see how a daily meditation program looks like:

I start with alternate nostril breathing, then void meditation (10-15 mins). Then I do merkaba, single and twin serpent, aura empowering meditation, pineal gland meditation and energy circulation. Total time: 2.5 hours.

You don't need to have your chakras opened to do #2 and #3. The #2 doesn't involve the chakras at all, not even mentions this word in its description:

It's better to do the alternate nostril breathing exercise (I think it is the #3) because it balances your energies too.

ok thanks guys! =D, i will start with the charka meditations folowing with the breathing exercise #3 as some peope say its usefull.

yeah, i think i should start with void meditaion 1st folowed by some breathing exersices to help me relax, then later on in life, the chakra meditations.

I will post an address you can go to, to start you off. http://www.666blacksunmcom/Meditation_Program.html open & follow each link, I found getting a notebook & taking notes to be very helpfull, as you can put things in whatever order works best for you. I'll say that it is VERY important to be consistent, & not miss ANY day's, what it says about this concerning depression, & nerve issues is all too true, trust! I feel kind of dumb I don't fully understand the website's description on the breathing exercises can someone please help me
