I'm not new to it, I've been doing it for 7 months, I do 73 contractions for 6 rounds, yet I feel no pain except recently. I sit in a crossed legged position with my back straight against the wall.

Well I've been practicing the breath of fire for some days now. Though I'm not much experienced, I believe you aren't keeping your back straight enough when doing this exercise, and that's the source of the pain.
By the way, which position do you tend to use most when practicing the breath of fire? It works best for me in the lotus position. Whichever is your case, remember to sit with your back straight.
Now regarding the pressure, as far as I know this is pretty much some of the energy you derive from this exercise, so it's nothing to worry about as long as it doesn't hurt you. Except of course you may be overdoing it. If you are new to this (like me), it is best to start with 20 contractions/pushes, and to do 3 rounds of those 20. You also may be doing it too fast to begin with.
Hope this helps

Hail Satan

While doing the breath of fire, I started feeling lots of pressure and a bit if pain on the back extension of my solar 666 chakra. Sometime I just feel lots if energy in my abdomen, but what's the pressure and pain, it's definetly not a blockage.
