What are some good books to learn the basic tenets and economic models of fascist countries.

I suppose I'd rather start with WW2 regime books, I don't really know many others besides Mein Kampf.

WW2 regime would be more usefull. The restructuring of the economiuc system would at best start from capitalism and slowly shift towards WW2 regime I think. So it would be usefull for anyone to know both WW2 regime and capitalism
