Blocked Posts

Could someone please explain to me why some of my posts are not showing up in the topics? I am trying to learn by asking genuine questions and trying to know what people's understandings and opinions are, yet my messages are not being put up in the relevant topics. How can I learn if I'm being censored and ignored? I know the board sometimes has problems with showing messages, so then I try again, but after trying a few times and them still not coming up that tells me someone is offended by my inquisitiveness and trying to fathom things here. I'm not here to stir anything; I'm here to ask questions and learn things, but if my messages are being politically blocked, how am I supposed to be able to learn?

My thoughts exactly a few months ago. I've posted lots of questions, although stupid, that arent anywhere on the JoS site and they've never been put up. Or about experiences that I wanted to see if I could get advice on that weren't put up. Honestly I think it's more of a severe lack of moderators than it is censorship, and it seems the newer you are the less you are trusted and the less of your posts are put up. I can agree with that though seeing as how anyone could just join and troll the shit out of the board and everyone's beliefs, but don't take it personally. Maybe some of your topics answered themselves in the post? or it's something you need to figure out for yourself to prove to yourself that this stuff is real. But don't take it personally, JoS members aren't afraid to back up their beliefs with facts and articulately too, so I really REALLY doubt you're being censored!

It's one of these 3 things:
<ol>[*]You probably wrote something that is against/opposite to the general beliefs (taught/held) here. (for eg. maybe you wrote something that looks troll-ish ..)</li>[*]Maybe your post is still yet to be approved: Sometime it happens that your old posts are published bit lately. It has to do something with approval plus the inadequacy of time the moderators have to invest here (as moderators)</li>[*]Also check the Group messages in Yahoo Group page (ie do not rely completely on your Inbox folder), sometimes it happens that you do not get your own message in your Inbox (but is approved and published in the Group) (it's rare, has happened to me couple of times in my previous account)</li></ol>Yeah i know one feels a bit discouraged when his/her post is not published, when i was first in this Group (with my first account here), many of my posts were not approved, i simply couldn't understand why back then (i do understand now though), then i used to feel kicked out and discouraged.
You shouldn't feel discouraged, when one's new, he has a lot of questions but those are usually already asked by others in the past, searching might help you. As you spend some time here, you might just get an idea about why your posts were rejected (provided they match the area/topic), i know i did.

Hi, all.

That was me using a different email address. I meant to have asked it using this one. The reason for my other one was I registered on here using that first, then I realised it would be a good idea and safer to re-register using a different name for obvious reasons, such as to hide my identity from anyone who might want to start something. I was checking that account for emails and I didn't realise I was still signed in when I came back on here.

Thanks to the someone who replied to me by emailing me on that account saying it can take up to 12 hours for messages to appear in topics. If that's true, then what about some of my posts that still haven't appeared after a few days? However if they actually are showing, then I can't find them... Sorry to be a pain.

Its important to do a thorough research on your own on the joyofsatan.org before you ask questions. Its normal to get stuck even when you are doing a good research. Thus why the groups are there. At times most posts are blocked if you are here to troll or offending the Gods and other members by being disrespectful or misguiding newbies with misinformation. In most cases alot of genuine questions are posted and answered adquately here. Keep posting as long as they are genuine,they wil be posted. Hail Satan!
