Bloating and discomfort

Think to this day 4/11/26
From the 3/31/26
The first day of that I had a very bad spell where my stomach bloated so hard. It gave me heart even before that I had a few times but wasn't so bad.
There was another day I had three to 4 palpations bad and that scared me but it's all do to boating.
I do not know why.
I went to doctor and got my stool sample done and there wasn't parasite and not ibs either I guess. From what they said at least.

My work people has been getting sick too. Think started with c-19 effect a new version of it. Either way some still having weird effects at moment. Some getting better sense they had it longer term.

My question is the bloating issue I think.
I'm more a driver but I do take my dogs for walks when I can.
I try to eat mostly good food. But during that issues I did slip up and ate some gas station food like biscuit sausage and egg and stuff. Nothing to crazy I guess.

Right now I am a lot better just not sure why my bloating still lingering and my stomach not going back to normal.
I eat mostly a carnivore diet I guess. But I still have past rice and bread in the mix. Not much veggies
Could that be my biggest issue?
If that's true. Would raw be better or should bake or stove top it?

At moment because my stomach having issues I belch a little more and that helps but when pass gas it feels better.

Not sure I am missing anything at moment. Any advice aside from spending a fortune on seeing a doctor?
Thanks

For a time eat only animal based foods and see if that helps. Eat a lot of fat for enough carbohydrate.
Also maybe get these from a good butcher instead from the super markets.

The grains and such you are eating might be the fault of the super markets as well, but good quality ones wouldn't bloat you. For example whole grain sourdough bread will likely not bloat you like a toast bread with 30 additions.

Perhaps it's some of the "good food" you're eating that's causing the bloating. If you give me a list of what you're eating generally I can help you out more.

Try to eat more dirutic foods. Cucumbers and watermelons are good examples but also coffee and tea. They get rid of excess water.

Although with chest pains, if you're young, it's likely acid reflux, so perhaps don't have a lot of coffee.

It could just be a lack of fiber. Fiber is actually quite good for this, eat like 300-500g of berries, or more, it'll help things out in the stool trust me.

If you started carnivore and low fiber abrudtly without a transition period, that'll cause bacterial problems as they're starving and they'll start eating into the mucus layer of your digestive tract, leading to things like SIBO, which could be causing the bloating.

This is no way a "diagnosis" from me, but doctors usually know fuck all about nutrition, so you'd probably be wasting your time with them on that issue specifically. They're trained to be pill merchants for the most part.

Every body is different, your body may not like some of the foods you're eating, try eliminate the ones you think are causing this issue for a few days and see if things get btter.

Energy work can affect the gut bacteria somewhat, I am not knowledgeable about this.

Whether or not spiritual work caused it, the problem itself is material, you can do research or fix via applied knowledge. Acolyte helped already with some advice and questions.

Thank you for the replies.

Most I eat is natural to organic. Sourdough is good but some times the carb can be much for me still. My rice and pasta are as much green as anything else I eat that I can buy.

Yeah going to do the doctor I went something didn't feel right especially when the samples can back all negative.
And all she recommended was going to a gi specialist. Didn't even offer blood or stool test to try and see.

Anyways as for eating. Chicken, deer, beef, try my best to avoid pig.
As for grain mostly rice, pasta, potato.
Black beens.

As for veggies. Little tomato (or fruit)
Onion cooked with garlic and bell pepper and a few more. But not top of list on veggies.
Unless I go out to eat and get burger or sandwich then I get what I can on veggies with meat.

I do have my sweets too.

As for coffee I have some little around here but I try not to because I don't need it some times.
Though tea I have that mostly.
Black tea, ginger, chamomile, red raspberry and others with it too or alone.

Things I avoid is higher.
Examples fast food.
Aside from really good pizza not dominos.

This is basically how I watch my self. I do have my probiotics and some magnesium supplements and such.

Not sure what else I can add to this at moment.

Been on eating meat without and side effects or back lash. Always been meat eater anyways.

I know to much sugar or sweet even fruit leads to carbs and that creates bloating on my end. So I have it but I try not to have a lot of that even though I have sweet teeth.

Thanks again
