Are bleu rare steak and sushi safe to eat? From the research I've done it appears safe BUT I would like to double check as I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I love eating raw steak and i never heard it beeing bad, but about sushi i heard its really bad since its raw fish and some of them can be infected with parasites(got no confirmation, just what i heard so it can be totall nonsense).

Parasites are mainly an issue in pork, not so much beef.
Chicken should never be taken raw or bleu.

And get it from a clean and responsible place, never buy any cheap sushi from a strange place. Some people have died from eating sushi from gas station convenience stores and getting parasites or bacteria. But I don't think anybody has ever died from getting sushi from a responsible sushi restaurant.
