what if during a black magical working, I don't know the name ( or full name) of my enemy? How am I still suppose to put a curse on them?   Can I just visualize them with a grey aura and something extremely bad happening to them?

If you do not know the name of the person, you can still curse them. You can visualize them in a grey aura being destroyed in any way you please. You can also describe the person. If somebody murdered your dog on Tuesday, you can describe the person as "the individual that murdered my dog on Tuesday," or something similar.
