Biokenesis for dummies?

I have recently been looking for how to perform biokinesis on youtube.On a thread here I saw that it is for experienced and spiritually advanced satanists.However, I found a video that shows you how to change your eye color ( I read that this is performed with biokinesis ) and it seemed really easy butr I am really skeptical because I have done some research on the uploader.In one of her videos she told her viewers to stay away from demons.That is why I am so hesitant.So my question is: Is there an easy and effective way of performing biokinesis?Would it be possible to change your eye color or loose weight using it?Hail Satan.

Train for loosing weight, you will benefit greatly of being fit. Use a pair of linser for the eyes.
