What beat are you on?
Many years ago Anubis asked me to study this and I asked for a BB and a base beat. I was given 180 hz with a BB of 3. I searched immediately after to find out what it was used for and found that it is a grounding frequency, more specifically it appears to be a mentally grounding frequency as you can ground yourself physically, mentally, or spiritually among other ways. There are plenty of different beats that I have used since then, figuring it out on my own using prime numbers, numerology, sacred geometry, solfeggios, even dates to synchronize with possible future event(231 and 225 hz for example). There's plenty that can be found online here too so I won't delve into what the delta, theta, alpha, beta, or gamma frequenciea are said to be used for, although I will say the gamma range, especially the 40hz bb used for studying and concentration came from light-flicker studies which then found use in binaural beats. The division of 360⁰ by 9 40⁰ and this does seem to work if someone needs help studying.
If anyone here knows another Zevist you can try creating your own sort of call line frequency that you can tune into and practice your telepathy as your mind will be on the same vibes making it easier. The one I mentioned above given to me by Anubis actually can make you so grounded, and if the volume is too loud, you will notice a kickback, like you become destabilized the moment you turn of your headphones and try to tune back into reality. It is one of the strangest sensations I have experienced, but it usually takes me over 30 minutes to get to that level, often about 45 minutes. Another I enjoy is 97hz and 103 hz which gives a BB of 6hz. This puts the midpoint at 100hz and both are prime numbers from their highest and lowest given the amount of digits used, 2 and 3. I prefer a BB of 6hz for a meditative state. Has anyone here carried out any expiriments on this? With others or a group? A combination of light flickers and BB's?
The only issue I would see here has come up before and that is there might be some psychic harassment from the yehuborim if everyone posts the beats they are using as it is almost like giving out your phone number.
