In that case, it will go to Congress to decide who the president is. Every state will get just one vote, and they are required to vote for the party that their constituents voted for. Republicans have 30 states, and Democrats have 19 states, so the sure outcome is that Trump would be president. Then the Senate will pick the vice president using the same kind of process. So it is technically possible for it to be Trump and Kamala, or Biden and Pence, if the House and Senate vote different ways.
