Best way to squeeze in those extra RTRs every day

Before every meditation do an RTR. I managed to get 5 of them in 2 days ago and 3 yesterday before this building's noise curfew started.

In my experience the fastest way to do it is
SATANAS x4
RTR
clean your aura/aura of protection (I use the ALGIZ rune)

Then after these steps begin whatever meditation you plan on doing.

I still have to really push myself to do more than 2 because my voice gives out after that many hours of meditation and rituals but 3 is a good average.

I also do a different RTR each time to ensure daily damage on multiple fronts.
Use this in conjunction with HP Maxine's RTR schedule for maximum results.

This will REALLY make the kikes suffer!
