Hello to everyone.

My name is Armand Nell and Im from South Africa. In the intrest of sparing you not to get bored with my life story of whom I am and where I am from I will get straight to the point.

For years I've had a desire to learn more about spiritual satanism but sadly due to my up-brining in a christian house hold I was made to believe that Satanism = evil. I find it difficult to get this "teaching" out of my mind.

I am posting this in the hope that someone will be able to help even guide me towards the true meaning of Satan. I respect Him and at the same time fear him, is this normal?

I have been reading allot on www.joyofsatan.org but I am really stuggling with the christian teachings. In short i was a believer of this religion and believe because of that it prohibits me from seeking a higher understanding or peace from what I have been living all these years.

Please note that I am an absolute beginner (if there is such a term) and would greatly appreciate anyone's assistance even if you tell me there is no hope, atleast I would've got a response which were something that never happened during my "christian life"

Have you checked out the www.exposingchristianity.com website? It is affiliated with the Joy of Satan. It has information about how Christianity is nothing more than a rip-off of the old pagan religions. Hope that helps you a little!

well im considered new too.my point of view for you is to read more (if not all)on the history of satan,the origins of satanism,the inquistion,and satan himself from JoS.once i did this,it was easier to see "the real light". after your done reading all that you need,give yourself like a week or two to decide if you really want to accept this.thats wat i did but im not in your shoes so i would understand if your still confused,but...if you want to advance spiritualy,drop the things that is stopping you and read and learn from the site.(its wat i did)

If you lazy to read exposing whatever i suggest you think of it this way is what they do or write logic or not. If you have an open mind the truth will be revealed easily. Im an impatient guy so mostly i do things the easy way. And i wont accept writings sayings until my head say ok this is logical. It is also a way to tell a lie from the truth just see the patterns and the words. Is there pattern or does it jump. And read the last page and first page there will most likely be a continual pattern that transcends through the pages if its true. Ok this thing is easy it really shuts xtians up the bible say the world is created 6000 years but scientist have proof saying the earth is more then a few million years i dont really know exact number. So is the bible lying or scientist lying.

keep up the studing. that is what we all must do study study study. a good way to cancel out the christian programing is to read the truth. Make sure to read the exposing christianity section on the jos site plus read www.luciferliberationfront.com
and www.jesusneverexisted.com
both are great sites to help you ignore that christian voice in your head. Best of luck-brother.

Welcome armand and congratulations on choosing the left hand path, thats the first step.

Trust me you are not at any disadvantage because of a christian background if anything you have more of an advantage as you can see the false truth and hoaxes first hand and will soon learn to see through them.

The most important thing i believe for any newcomer is to really fully understand yourself and why you have decided you want to change your path, i advice thinking this through strongly for a few days maybe weeks before dedicating. It is important to trully know in yourself that you want to be a satanist and that you are comfortable with leaving your old ways behind and that you are not endangering youself by doing this, this is important because if you start to do power meditations half hearted and not fully believing you will see no benefit and may even have a negative effect.

Sorry to say those things it wasnt to frighten you its just i havnt been on this forum in a month or two as i have recently had a few deaths in my family it was a tough time and made me think twice about things so i had to realise that true satanism is power and knowledge inside you that you must work to unlock and in some people it will be easy and others it will be hard, but either way you will find the best way in yourself and with the guidance of the gods and as a group here to.

So i suggest that you give yourself a few days to think things over and to thoroughly research on the JOS and other sites eg www.exposingchristianity.com. Then when you feel this is right for you dedicate yourself and from there ww will all help you. Just remeber to take it slow and to get the most from all experiences and remember the answer come from within not from without
