Being sick from raising your energy and from doing power meditation

Hello,

Question 1:

Why you are sick from cold/flu when you are doing power meditation ? What is causing you having a cold when you empower your chakras and/or raising your energies in a higher level ?

Question 2:

Should I stop power meditation while I am sick until I am feeling better and continue to power meditate when my energies are ready and restored ?

(Of course I am not stopping to protect my aura and chakras with the white/gold light from the sun while I am sick.)

I was sick as well, but I am not sure if it has to do anything with meditations. Maybe it has to do with rush of feelings, depression, being drained, etc.If you CAN'T meditate, then wait until you become better or do healing workings.

1. Actually, it's allergy season. Pollen dust daisies ect. is floating around in the air outside. So if you find you have a cold, it's that time of the year. That doesn't have anything to do with your chakras.
2. And if you are sick, than you should absolutely NOT stop meditating. It's imperative that you keep your energies up while your sick so the enemy won't have a chance to attack you and make you sicker.

I personally take vitamin C chewable tablets everyday. Eat oranges and drink orange juice. I make it a habit of washing my hands when I come home, the moment I walk in the door, after being outside.Don't stick your fingers in your nose or eyes to scratch. Be aware of where your hands are. Hands carry a lot of germs.If you got sick from one of your family members, wipe down the doorknobs in the home with rubbing alcohol, same with the computer mouse if it's a common computer.Also wipe down the telephone if it's a common one. Same with your cell phones. Wash your pillowcases and sheets after your cold/flu subsides.
It could also be a drop in your energy if you are not consistent with the amount of time and doing the meditations everyday. Therefore getting you sick. Be consistent. Stick to a certain amount of minutes or hours to do your meditations and yoga everyday. Make sure it is realistic for you and you can stick to it.

Thank you, I take consideration of all of your answers.

I empower, clean and protect my 13 main chakras and aura for about 30-40 minutes everyday. The last time I did my working, while I worked on my temples chakra; my jaw and teeth were chattering together and then I fell sick the next morning. That is why I thought it had something to do with my energies and power meditation. It could be also just a coincidence and it has nothing to do from it.
