Beginner to Intermediate

AvatarGladius1 min to read

Hello family,

I'm asking this because I'm really curious about it.(I know everyones advancement iş unique to them)

How much time did it take you to go from beginner level to intermediate level(mastering beginner level meditations.)?

Hello!

In my experience, I find that a lot of beginner meditations need consistency and sensitivity and once you build that habit (and how long a habit takes to cement is individual) it's natural to want to start to enjoy experimenting with all the different exercises at higher levels.

This is a good question, the timelines on the ToZ's pages on meditation programs (such as the Basic Meditation Program, listing it at 6 to 12 months) were very accurate for me personally!

For some people it could take months, for others it could take years, the key here is consistency and daily meditation, however also the beginner meditations (such as void meditation, breathing exercises etc.) are so important that they still need performed daily irrespective of how advanced one is.

For any Inquiries on Translations matters please message me on the Forums or Vultus Templorum or email me at [email protected]

From my personal experience I would say that it is a continuous process. There is no stage or moment where I can say I moved on to a "next level". Another major reason for this is that during the entire process of improving life, purifying the soul, attracting what is need for growing, I and everyone else eventually and naturally end up doing meditations from all stages in the same time depending on what is needed, which doesn't really make one either still a beginner, or advanced or intermediate. The meditations are grouped in levels which is very important for beginners as they should not attempt more advanced meditations when they have just dedicated, but with consistency and as years go by the advancement process flows in naturally and continuously.

To give an example, at one time one may have a daily meditation routine that involves void meditation (beginner level), Kundalini Yoga (rather intermediate) and working with the elements (rather advanced), all of which are beneficial to be done daily and with appropriate moderation. As you can see you cannot really class this routine or the person doing it on either level.
