*Beginner* 3rd-Eye Help?

     I completed the Dedication ritual just the other day and I'm having trouble opening my 3rd Eye. More specifically I'm having trouble with my "vibrations" and visualizations.

2nd day<

"5. Now, align your third eye correctly by visualizing it point end facing inside as illustrated at left. The color of the third eye is brilliant white, like a miniature sun. "

- It's a bit hard to visualize a bright miniature sun penetrating my head. Does this passage mean I need to suck the eye into my forehead or visualize a brilliant sun pyramid starting from my forehead and pointing an inch into my head?   (Is our third eye a pyramid?)


"3. Breathe in through your nose and on the exhale vibrate "Thoth." Thoth is the Moon God and the ruler of the 6th chakra and third eye is the moon. Release your breath slowly through your mouth and vibrate:
TH-TH-TH-TH-OH-OH-OH-TH-TH-TH in one long exhale (vibrate the sound one time per exhale, as with the Yogic "humming breath")."

- I've tried multiple tongue vibrations and while it states you should feel it in your forehead, I only feel it with vibrations, not bio-electricity (or so I think). And even when I do vibrate, it's doing so on the roof of my mouth, not in-between my teeth as it said I should (Can't for the life of me vibrate my tongue between my teeth.)


"7. After you are finished, it is important to meditate on your third eye to get the energy flowing, this way it will fully open. Just close your eyes and "look" at the 3rd eye in the middle of your forehead."

- So we just look at our forehead? Man I'm confused.


(** Please note I'm on the second day of opening my 3rd eye. My first day I tried, to the best of my ability, following the instructions as is. and I felt a slight pressurized point in the middle of my forehead, so I can't be too off on this - I just wanted to know exactly what I'm doing wrong and fix it. A bit of a perfectionist, especially with my spiritual side, no?)




I like to ask questions to fully understand the material, If this is answered somewhere else such as a YT video or another page on JOS, I'll be happily redirected and delete this post.

<td val[/IMG]Just like all meditations the more you practice the better you get.You will know when the Thoth vibration is right because you will feel it activate.I myself felt that activation when doing the full this morning.
