Begginer Satanist Looking For a Program To Follow

I have been researching satanism for 3 years now , I recently decided it was time for me to be a practitioner regarding Spiritual Satanism. So I performed my innitiation rite , looked through the joy of satan website and found a lot of exercises . So i got really drowned in the vast variety of exercises , practices , rituals and Ritual's. Im looking for a program or a  schedule of some sort that consists of which exercises , rituals and Ritual's should be performed , which types should be performed, when should they be performed and how frequently ? Ofcourse all aiming towards spiritual growth of the individual.It would be much appreciated to get an answer to my questions...
