Use whatever works. All of this knowledge was taken from our ancient
religions anyway, the RHP just tries to say it is their's which is
not true. The only thing that is their own is all those "karma"
and "three-fold" crap warnings and associated trash.
I do know invoking/evoking the specific element and charging up the
herbs, stones and so forth with the element is what gives them the
power. The book you have sounds like an excellent reference for this
sort of thing. Just remember to charge up whatever you are using and
infuse it with plenty of power.
Water naturally holds power and so do stones, as they both have
natural magnetism. Charging them up every day for a period of days
corresponding to the cycles of the moon and daily hours of the
planets will greatly amplify this power.

Mmm, I have a book, The Encyclopedia of Natural Magic, and it has
the
different elements of various plants, animals, and stones. like, a
potion made of firey or airy plants will effect the body by adding
that element, or it's warmth/cold/moist/dry ratio with the soul.
The
book, of course, is RHP, but it has lot's of good info in it.

Yes, thank you for adding this. Fire-water. Many elixers have
alcohol as their base. It would be interesting to see what can
be
done with alcohol (this would be hard liquor) using the
elements.

Alcohol is of the element fire. As with everything, moderation

I once heard that drinking alcohol (small amounts)
moderately
actually
cleanses some of the bodies toxins, i was wondering if this
were
true
and if it is would it have a negative/posetive affect on the
spirit?
Thanks
