Health #79249 I’m 17 with scoliosis and kyphosis — worried it might affect my meditation

Hi everyone,
I’ve been browsing your site for a while, and I’m really curious about many things here.
However, I have a big concern. I’m 17 years old, and I have a mild double scoliosis and a moderate kyphosis. I also have a small dent or deformation on the left side of my chest.
I’m afraid this might affect my meditation… I’ve heard that in such cases, energy may not flow properly through the body.
What should I do?
I’m planning to start Hatha Yoga and do some stretching, but I’m not sure if my posture can improve over time.
I’m 1.80m tall and weigh 57 kg, and I also plan to go to the gym to gain some muscle mass.
Please give me some advice. 🙏

It´s not like you do a hatha set and boom your kundalini rises. I wish it would be like that 😂 . Just start slow and lock how it goes.
