Hello everyone have something to say and a question as well. I just want to say I'm glad to be here and I love all of you! I have no regrets and never will I've made my decision and I'm not turning back! And now for my question.

I've been meditating ( on beginners skill ) for awhile I want to go to Intermediate skill but I don't know... your always telling us not to rush anything I think i'm rushing this do anyone think i'm rushing?

Go with what your intuition tells you. If you feel overwhelmed by the intermediate meditations after doing them, simply return to the beginners section and try again after some time. We all advance at different rates.

Have no fear. But remember that Begginer meditations are very important regardless of being made right in the beggining. You will have to keep doing most of them because they are ESSENTIAL.
