This won't be a long post. In it I will talk a little about myself. My spiritual progress has been an uphill battle. I suffer from bouts of depression that hold me back some days. Sometimes I feel energized and great and sometimes I feel dead and beaten down. I feel ashamed when I slack at my duties I feel ashamed when I don't take part. I feel guilty when I see everyone taking part all the time and I know I couldn't bring myself to do a lot recently. But I am here to tell you even a tiny bit of progress is valid any little bit of action is important. We are Human and not machines. Not everyone can give 100% at every moment.
Life goes on and there's always tomorrow. Don't punish yourself, or kick yourself when you're down. Don't compare yourself to others. you have your own strengths and limitations. It's in our darkest moments we find ourselves and through that find the strength to carry on.
You're brave for even being here at all. You're strong for never giving up. You're brave for every time you fell and got back up. The challenge is important for growth and everything you've done no matter how little or how much is to be celebrated.
You deserve to be proud of yourself. The Gods are proud of you. And they know just how many times you've fallen and fought. How much you struggled and cried and still got up and kept going. They know your soul and saw within it that you were good enough to be part of the TOZ and they led YOU here.
Your strengths, weaknesses, limitations and etc are all part of the journey to overcome, work on, empower and improve upon. We all have our own struggles but we have this community and the Gods so we aren't struggling alone.
I want this post to inspire everyone who's been struggling lately to feel comfortable admitting your set backs to yourself instead of trying to deny them to yourself or be ashamed of them. You should be feeling proud of the fact you tried. The Gods uplift us in our worst times. You need to do this as well. Uplift yourself, trying and not getting it right the first time is nothing to be ashamed of and you're going to be ok. A set back isn't the end. A bad day isn't going to stop you from trying again tomorrow.
Trying and getting worn out, taking a break or falling down is also nothing to be ashamed of. You did infinitely more than those who never tried at all. just the fact that you stood back up again to try it over is enough to celebrate and feel great about.
It's like a child learning to ride a bike. You're gonna fall off sometimes before you get the hang of it. but once you master it you're going to keep riding on and the journey is worth it.
Stay strong and push on!!
