bad day

OK so last night I was sleeping with spiritual meditation music on and then this morning I woke myself up by jabbing my left thumb into my left eye, then this afternoon I was looking into a shop window and all of a sudden I ended up hitting my forehead against the pexi glass window, on top of the migraine and stomach ache I had. Is this the enemy attacking me or just my own clumsiness? Please answer...
