Do the meditations.

That is the best advice I can give you.

The three main ways you can awaken the Kundalini~

Vibrating, Visualizing and Breathing.

There is are multiple meditations for awakening the Kundalini. I know that opening and empowering the chakras, breathing exercises and the serpent meditations on the intermediate section of the site are all examples of what I said before that can awaken and activate your Kundalini.
