awakening both sides of the brain?

If there's something on the JoS site telling how to do it, I missed it. Badly.As of late, doing the group rituals, Doing the "Io" thing..I realized my left side, the creative side, is lacking .seriously, I'm only creative in random short bursts, and it's going to negatively impact me in the career I chose. 
So, I ask..besides normal daily meditations, should I go about using a rune for it? Are there specific workings to awaken either or both sides of the brain? Would be nice.

Well, both sides of our brains are awakened. Creativity is also connected with your pineal gland, if I am not mistaken. So, if I were you, I'd be doing meditations to empower my pineal gland. For example vibrating GAUM into your pineal gland or doing other meditations written on the site would be a good idea.

Using runes would also be a good idea (I love using runes haha ) but empowering your pineal is a must.

Perform the Sun and Moon meditation, although you would hold your thumb on the left nostril and do 5 breaths through the right nostril.

Thanks, Light. Which runes? The first two runes? Names elude me as of now. I'll be using the GAUM vibration as well, when I can. I need to make progress, as I've been cleaning it at least. Made a thoughtform/servitor to clean it...enemy destroyed it, I'm fairly certain, as it was shattered before I could get to it. Meh.

    As for runes, it seems the rune ANSUZ is good for  creativity.The rune SOWILO says "Brings out ones leadership abilities and ones ability to inspire others" but I don't think this is what you're looking for.

So, how many times would you vibrate GAUM into your Pineal Gland? It seems like it would help me out a lot as I am being guided in developing my Psychic Abilities and I beleive this will be a good idea.
