aura of protection

instead of breathing in white gold energy for protection can i program the energies from sowilo to create an aura of protection? (but of course i woul breathe in energy from the sun as well) but i mean like when im inside and not by the sun. thanks.

Yup, that's what I do. Better use the sowilo rune with other protective runes like algiz and thurisaz and make sure the affirmation includes reflecting and sending the enemy's attacks back to them (you can add tenfold e.t.c.). Visualize your aura as a reflective mirror. The reflective part is mainly the reason to use thurisaz, it's the best rune for sending negative energies back to enemies.

hey when doing the aura of protection it says that it cleans the aura but does that include the chakras as well? or just the aura by itself?

Hey, the chakra's are separate, lighting up each one, bright as the sun while spinning. Base to solar, crown to throat, then heart. Pretty sure anyway. Hope that helps - JAYA

Chakras are seperate. Light each one up like the sun then spin them. Also do the aura of protection before you go to sleep. And when you wake up or before you leave.

thanks guys. But yesi know, i just wanted to make sure i have been building my aura of protecion for a while now only using the runes of algiz and sowilo instead of breathing in white gold energy.

When i absorb energy like in foundation meditation, do i visualize how it comes in my body? Do i need to absorb energy from around myself or what?
