Can I clean my aura by visualizing pure white light?

I can't visualize golden-white color.

I want to visualize white light to clean but they say it is unhealthy.

I try to figure out this difference by looking at a led bulb and looking at the sun at the same time.

Led Bulb is pure white light, but sun is also white too :/

Do not look directly at an LED bulb, this can damage your eyes, just like looking directly at the sun. However, during sunrise or sunset you can softly focus on the sunlight with your eyes closed and sense the golden/white energy.

Yes, you can, but overuse of white is not recommended for its overly reflective properties. The idea behind this is that one does not want to reflect everything. So a little bit of variation, such as white-golden and golden, is recommended.

from what i have learned: the white color reflects when its used for aura protection bc when you use it for protection it relfects the negative energies back to others just to protect you. and i dont think that is the same with cleaning bc you just be washing the negativity out of you no specific person to reflect on.
(and these are just what i know. do not take these as ℅100 truth)

White-golden. You shouldn't use white by itself as it can make you arrogant. Arrogance can be avoided but you need to be advanced enough for it.
