aura cleaning question

When i want to clean my aura and close my eyes, do i need to know what is happening around me and visualize myself in white light? Im asking this because when i clean my aura i close my eyes and visualize myself in white color but i dont know what is around me.

Doesn't matter what happens outside your intent, visualisation. You do your best in concentrating in making your visualization powerful and feeling it, with confidence and certainty. Apply it a couple of times, and be assured it is as done.

If you meditate and do it this way, don't forget to acquire a little bit of trance. And also do the foundation meditation. This will help actualize your cleaning in a better way and you'll learn to feel the energy and cleaning taking place.

Do i need to focus on aura or on my body or on both while cleaning? I read on JoS that aura must be visualized as small particles, but i cant visualize small particles, do you know what to do so i will be able to visualize small particles?
