Is this possible? i was doing one earlier tonight, for myself, and started getting mentally clouded and exhausted, mixing up the words of my affirmation, this distant but very effective feeling like something is horribly wrong, paranoid thoughts and just feeling like shit. it all seemed to be very distant and not at all intense yet it had a strong effect on me and i'm still feeling very out of sorts. what could this be??
