Astral shapeshifting

I'm going to ask two completely unrelated questions here because, hey, why not? About astral shapeshifting, I read (not sure where) that if you astral project and "shapeshift" and then force your shapeshifted self back into your body, then your physical body will realign itself to Match your astral body... Would this work?  And, on the death and reincarnation page on the JoS it says that the souls of xians that are not completely malleable are cast into their version of hell. Then it continues to say that people who were Xians in past lives are more easily swayed to the jews side... How can you be thrown into "hell" and end up reincarnated? (Or is it that you get thrown there while you wait to be reincarnated)?Thanks!

I cannot answer the first question, but the second question is perception of the afterlife. To the Xtians it feels like a world of torment and suffering, until they're reincarnated, IF they can handle it. Or, moreso, the Greys handle the Xtians souls, whereas our Duat handles our souls..bad wording.

No, the astral body naturally adjusts to the physical apon re-entering.

As was said, it is up the the perception of the individual. The astral can be a scary place for those who don't know what/where it is, or have no knowledge of such things. This is where the enemy will torment the gentile souls that aren't protected by Satan. Much like their 'hell', this is the perception that manifests for them. A place of eternal torment. In the astral, thoughts manifest much faster than in the physical, and can often be imediate. This will help explain how they perceive this 'hell' even when it is non existant. Its like a nightmare.
