Astral Projection

I've been working on astral projection the past few nights, and have some questions.
When I do it, I'm in my room, under the covers (since my mom highly disapproves of Zevism, it has to be in my room at night) and I relax my body, but the best I've done so far is a floating sensation. I may have to go re-read the ToZ site, but some tips on how I can get better would be very appreciated.

The ROPE method in Robert Bruce's Treatise on Astral Projection is a very effective to astral project yourself. I hope this helps.

can someone give me hints on astral projecting? i can always feel i'm just about to pull it off but then i just can't seem to make it to project.
